Part 1: #Trump's executive order, like the President himself, is divisive, exploits fear and ignorance, and undermines the founding principles of what #America represents and how it became so great in the first place. It is also tearing families apart. Trump says his #MuslimBan is to stop terrorists. In reality it has stopped law abiding legal residents of America holding student or work visas from coming back home. Potentially 500,000. It has spurn anxiety and sown fear in the Muslim community. Hardly surprising, as this is the same man who when asked what he thinks about Islam, told #AndersonCooper on CNN, “I think Islam hates us”. Well, This is what I told #CNN late tonight. #womensmarch #iran

Part 2: Iranians are disproportionately affected by Trump's executive order. Iranian actress Taraneh Alidoosti star of the Oscar-nominated film “The Salesman,” announced Thursday morning that she had decided to boycott the 89th Academy Awards next month due to President Trump’s “racist” ban on Iranian visas. The film's director, who already won an Oscar may be subject to the ban.

TONIGHT! The Josef Jasso/Richard Ankrom Exhibit at the Antebellum Gallery, Los Angeles

A really fun show tonight at the Antebellum Gallery in Hollywood (Las Palmas and Hollywood Blvd). From 7-9 there’s an opening party where photographer Josef Jasso will be showing all his most fabulous images as well as some new fetish pieces and nudes in large format Xeroxs that’ll be sold for $100 a piece. (That Amanda Lepore is just amazeballs.) Also on display: Richard Ankrom’s creepy/gorgeous ceramic figurines with their heads encased in rubber fetish hoods. Completely brilliant.
