ARTIST & MUSE: WALL OF REMEMBRANCE

BENJAMIN CREEKMORE
1982~ 2012

was born in Frederick, MD, in 1982.
He moved to Los Angeles in 2008 to pursue modeling and acting.
Soon after Benjamin's arrival to LA, antebellum artist~ Miguel Reyes "discovered" him in streets of West Hollywood while Benjamin was passing out club flyers.
For almost 2 years, Miguel mentored Benjamin and introduced him to many artists
and photographers including myself.

A sweet soul with a beautiful face & body, Benjamin unfortunately made poor decisions,
took the wrong path and became immersed in drugs and drug culture.
Sadly, Benjamin was murdered while in Mexico in 2012.

The photos and drawings here are the private collection created by Miguel Reyes of his muse, Benjamin Creekmore.
This collection has never been exhibited before.

Antebellum dedicates a wall of remembrance, as a tribute to the love of artist & model.

Photo taken in Los Feliz.

Drawing from a drawing workshop at Antebellum gallery.
