my very longtime doll of a friend and yogi~ camille hines invited me to serve tea @
 her monthly yoga meditation & foot soak salon@ elephant spa~ eagle rock.
what a special relaxing evening we had. king Phillip played the harp with his own freestyle beatbox vocals 

CAMILLE'S PRACTICE IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHEN A PERSON GIVES A GREAT DEAL OF THEMSELVES AND IS GENEROUS~ 
 AMAZING THINGS HAPPEN TO ALL INVOLVED.

japanese green tea

osmanthus flower

baby rose buds

ginger root from my garden

camille made ginger snap cookies and chocolate tuffles..yes she hand made these!

some would say this photo has a light leak... i say it's a huge orb of the energy being lifted during our practice.
