he lived in hollywood with his GF- alicia alligood, who described him as a "humanitarian,
someone who wanted to change the world for the better."
they had moved to hollywood so alica could pursue a career in modeling, (?).
alica had broken up with tyler on december 1st, after a 4 year relationship.
she also said that he had met a woman who claimed to be a pharmaceutical saleswoman and was supplying him with pills. alica said, "i found that alarming since he had never taken drugs in his life."
coincidentally antebellum artist- greg bojorquez was an eye witness. greg said-
"@ first i thought it was part of the film being shot with sean penn & ryan gosling up the street. losta people were watching thinking it was for the film. he was screaming he was going to die and that he wanted to die."

I am very sorry to tell you that music executive JOHN ATTERBERRY who was critically injured by a gunman who opened fire Friday on passing motorists in Hollywood has died of the gunshot wounds he sustained, Los Angeles police said.
Mr. Atterberry was driving near Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street when he was blasted three times in the face and neck by the gunman, later identified by authorities as Tyler Brehm, 26.
