my dearest longtime friend lauren pine lost her, "girls best friend"today. BERNADETTE aka BERNIE passed away this morning.
when people assume superiority to animals they are wrong. pets become our best friends and stand by us thru thick & thin.
i was so very happy to know bernie and spend wonderful times with her whenever i would visit NYC and WARWICK.
