TIGER ROSE
was a japanese/punk influenced shop on melrose ave & gower st. circa 1978.
The proprietors were Michael Saguaro & his wife Yoki who has since passed away.
I worked as a sales person during 78/79 and also designed clothing for the shop with fabrics they imported from japan. The shop was one of the first punk aesthetic businesses in Los Angeles.
