JUSTIN~ THE BURNED KITTY

In late April, 2013~ the Animal Alliance of New Jersey posted pictures of Justin -- a 5-week-old kitten who had suffered "monstrous abuse." According to the alliance's Facebook page, Justin was found in Philadelphia after being set on fire.

The alliance also set up a Pay Pal account where people could donate towards Justin's recovery. After being rescued, he began treatment at Crown Veterinary Specialists and Emergency.
By early May, Justin was recuperating well. Eventually he regained a "voracious appetite," and started doing "normal kitten things."
Then, in late May, little Justin was fitted with a cone to keep him from playing with his stitches.  He was discharged and headed to a loving foster home.
By June, he looked like a completely different (and even more adorable) kitty.

Justin even has his own Facebook page now, called "Justin, Fire Survivor." The amazing little guy already has more than 2,000 fans.
Today, he learned to climb stairs!
JUSTIN SAYS~
I was just 5 weeks old when a human lit me on fire. I had burns over 2/3 of my little body. A good samaritan found me on the streets of Philadelphia. The kind people of Crown

Veterinary Specialists and Animal Alliance saved me. Now, I'm a happy boy!
