Edward Vilga is an artist and spiritual teacher.
Previously, he combined his artistic and yoga careers to write and direct a DVD that hit #1 entitled- YOGA IN BED.

He is now writing THE YOGA OF BELLE, the story of how–despite being described in the New York Times as a
“legendary yoga master”–no one has taught him more about life and spirituality than his chocolate lab Belle.
