BLAME AMERICA

AUTHORITIES SAY SLAYING THAT SPARKED OUTCRY OVER BORDER SECURITY WAS NOT RANDOM
Focus in Krentz killing on suspect in US

Earlier versions of this news story referred to the possible suspect in the Krentz killing investigation as American. The story — as originally reported — said the suspect is believed to be in the United States. It was changed to 'American' in the editing process. To be clear, the suspect is believed to be in the US. The suspect's nationality is unknown.
The killing of a Southern Arizona rancher that sparked an outcry to secure the border was not random, and investigators are focusing on a suspect in the United States, the Arizona Daily Star has learned.
High-ranking government officials with credible information spoke to the Star, citing a desire to quell the fury over illegal immigration and drug smuggling set off by the shooting death of longtime rancher Robert Krentz on March 27.
They said Cochise County Sheriff Larry Dever is investigating a person in the United States, not in Mexico, in connection with the shooting.

EAT ME- HUMAN BREAD

Human Bread at the Human Bakery

A long way off the beaten track and down a long metal driveway, you'll find yourself inside a dark room where realistic-looking "human body parts" are stacked on shelves and hanging on meat hooks. The place looks like a mortuary, but in fact, it's a family-run bakery with a difference.

What appears to be putrefying body parts are the bread sculptures of 28-year-old art student Kittiwat Unarrom from Potharam, Thailand.

"Of course, people were shocked and thought that I was mad when they saw the works. But once they knew the idea behind it, they understood and became interested in the work itself, instead of thinking that I am crazy," said the fine arts masters degree student.

As an undergraduate art student, Kittiwat started painting portraits. He then moved to mixed media and finally dough - a natural medium for him since his family runs a bakery.

Along with edible human heads crafted from dough, chocolate, raisins and cashews, Kittiwat makes human torsos, arms and feet.

He now is receiving regular orders from the curious and from pranksters who want to surprise their friends or colleagues. However, I'm not too sure how your beloved would feel opening the fridge to find one of these inside.

By the end of the year, Kittiwat's confectionary slaughterhouse will go on display at Bangkok's Silpakorn University. It's his final dissertation, and he hopes it will secure him a Master of Arts degree.

"When people see the bread, they don't want to eat it. But when they taste it, it's just normal bread," he said. "The lesson is 'don't judge just by outer appearances."

JAN BREWER

HERE NOW IS THE PROFILE OF JAN BREWER~ GOVERNOR OF ARIZONA, WHO HAS SIGNED THE MOST RACIST BILL IN RECENT HISTORY,

Jan Brewer
22nd Governor of Arizona
Assumed office
January 21, 2009
Born-September 26, 1944 (age 65)
Hollywood, California
Political party- Republican
Spouse John Brewer
Residence Glendale, Arizona
Alma mater Glendale Community College
Religion Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod

Janice Kay "Jan" Brewer (born September 26, 1944) is the 22nd and current Governor of the U.S. state of Arizona and is a Republican. Jan Brewer automatically became governor of Arizona as part of the line of succession as determined by the Arizona constitution, replacing former governor Janet Napolitano. Jan Brewer became governor at a time of extreme economic upheaval for the state, and issues such as a dwindling tax base, record foreclosures, public education funding, illegal immigration and healthcare have all been

Brewer was born Janice Kay Drinkwine in Hollywood, California to Perry and Edna Drinkwine. Her father died of lung disease when she was eleven years old. She married John Brewer and worked in Glendale, California before moving to his hometown of Phoenix, Arizona in 1970. They later moved to Glendale, Arizona where he became a successful chiropractor and found success in real estate as well.

Brewer served as a Republican in the Arizona House of Representatives from 1983 to 1986. She was then a state senator from 1987 to 1996. She represented the city of Glendale and parts of Maricopa County.

In 1996, Brewer ran for chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors defeating incumbent Ed King and served six years. She inherited a debt of $165 million, and by the end of Brewer’s tenure in 2002, she left Maricopa County in one of the strongest financial positions of any county in the nation. The Governing Magazine proclaimed the County as “one of the two best managed large counties in the nation.” She was elected Secretary of State of Arizona in 2002 and served until 2009.

Brewer, as Arizona Secretary of State, was the first in line to succeed Democratic Governor Janet Napolitano when Napolitano resigned to become United States Secretary of Homeland Security on January 21, 2009. Brewer is Arizona's fourth female governor and its third consecutive female governor.
Brewer is running for re-election for a full term in the 2010 gubernatorial election.

Governor Brewer signed Arizona SB1070 into law, making it "a state crime for illegal immigrants to not have an alien registration document", and requiring police "to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are illegal immigrants." It also makes it illegal for people to hire illegal immigrants for day labor or to knowingly transport them. In addition, it provides provisions to allow citizens to file lawsuits against government agencies that hinder enforcement of immigration laws.
The bill passed was signed into law on April 23, 2010. A follow-on bill, said to address certain "racial profiling" issues with the original bill, was passed by the Arizona legislature just before ending their 2010 session, and was signed by Governor Brewer on April 30, 2010.

Jan Brewer also signed legislation that entitled persons in Arizona to carry guns into bars, unless the bar has specifically stated that guns are not to be permitted. She also signed a bill that allows Arizona citizens to conceal weapons without having to get a permit. The new law has proved to be controversial in the state with passionate views and opinions on both sides of the debate.

Arizona is essentially in a state of budget crisis. The governor has repeatedly called on the state legislature to work together to find solutions and to work across party lines to reach a solution. In addition, the governor has called for a state sales tax hike, an issue which state Republicans in the legislature wish to avoid.

Jan Brewer signed a bill repealing legislation put into place by the former governor Janet Napolitano, which had granted domestic partners of state employees the ability to be considered as "dependents," similar to the way married spouses are handled.

Brewer has responded to the recent passing of health care bill in the US Congress by calling upon a special state legislative session to join in the class-action lawsuit by 21 state Attorneys Generals to challenge the constitutionality of the federal mandate to purchase health insurance.

RUSSELL PEARCE

I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO EXPOSE THE PERSON BEHIND THE HIDEOUS BILL THAT HAS NOW BECOME LAW IN ARIZONA

the bills sponsor is- RUSSELL PEARCE
Member of the Arizona Senate, from the 18th district, Assumed office 2009
Political party- Republican, Religion- Mormon

Russell Pearce (born June 23, 1947) is a American and Arizona State Senator representing Legislative District 18 (which covers most of western and central Mesa and small portions of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community) in the Arizona Senate. As a Republican he previously served in the Arizona House of Representatives. Pearce is most widely known for sponsoring legislation seeking to prevent illegal immigration and argues that it represents high costs to the state and that big business and ethnic interests support its continual growth. Pearce favors a strong border security policy and is outspoken in his opposition to legalization for illegal immigrants. This has occasionally brought him in conflict with business interests, including some of his Republican peers.

Pearce has fought for restricting illegal immigration into the United States. He drafted Proposition 200, popularly known as Protect Arizona Now, to stop voting fraud and welfare fraud by illegal aliens.
In a recent story on NPR, he was quoted as saying, "I believe in the rule of law … I've always believed in the rule of law. We're a nation of laws."; and "I will not back off until we solve the problem of this illegal invasion. Invaders, that's what they are. Invaders on the American sovereignty and it can't be tolerated."

Pearce was a sponsor of Arizona SB1070, which passed into law in April 2010. The measure attracted national attention as the broadest and strictest anti-illegal immigration measure in decades within the United States.
He has also sponsored Arizona SB1097, currently being debated in the legislature, which seeks to quantify the impact of illegal immigration on the state's K-12 education system. The text of the bill states that:
School districts would be required to identify and count all students who are in the U.S. illegally.
The state's Department of Education would be required to report annually on the impact and costs to state taxpayers of the enrollment of these students.
The state Superintendent of Public Instruction would be authorized to withhold state aid from districts that do not comply with the law.

In October 2006, Russell Pearce forwarded an email from National Alliance, a white separatist group, to a group of supporters. The email titled "Who Rules America" criticized black and white intermixing and Jews in the media for promoting multiculturalism and racial equality, for depicting "any racially conscious White Person" as a bigot, and for presenting the Holocaust as fact. He quickly apologized.

In April 2008, Pearce sponsored a measure, Senate Bill 1108, that would prohibit students of Arizona universities and community colleges from forming groups based in whole or part on the race of their membership. Pearce said he didn't want students indoctrinated with seditious or anti-American teachings. The bill would ban groups that serve minority interests such as the Mexican American study program and the Black Business Students Association.

Russell Pearce lives in Mesa, Arizona with his wife, LuAnne. He has five children. In 1980, LuAnne filed a petition for dissolution of marriage alleging that he: "is possessed of a violent temper, and has from time to time hit and shoved the wife, the last time being on February 3 [1980], when he grabbed the wife by the throat and threw her down." . However, LuAnne reconciled with her husband and they remain married to this day.

ARIZONA'S NEO-FASCIST-RACIST-TOTALITARIAN- AUTHORITARIAN- LAW

as you all know by now, arizona's governor JAN BREWER, recently signed the most third reich-like law in recent history, (sponsored by state legislator- russell pierce) with the state of arizona supposedly in 70% support???

MLB Players Blast Arizona Immigration Law, Urge Repeal Or Modification
The Major League Baseball Players Association waded into the debate over Arizona's controversial immigration law Thursday, issuing a statement that urges state lawmakers to repeal or modify the legislation. In its statement, MLBPA Executive Director Michael Weiner says that the law "could have a negative impact on hundreds of Major League players who are citizens of countries other than the United States."

The players union also threatened to take further action if the legislation is implemented. "If the current law goes into effect, the MLBPA will consider additional steps necessary to protect the rights and interests of our members," Weiner wrote. One possible target is the 2011 MLB All-Star Game, which is scheduled to be held in Phoenix.

arizona Ethnic Studies Classes Banned, Teachers With Accents Can No Longer Teach English

Arizona's new immigration law is just about crime, its supporters say, but given that the state's new education policy equates ethnic studies programs with high treason, they may not be using the commonly accepted definition of "crime."

Under the ban, sent to Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer by the state legislature Thursday, schools will lose state funding if they offer any courses that "promote the overthrow of the U.S. government, promote resentment of a particular race or class of people, are designed primarily for students of a particular ethnic group or advocate ethnic solidarity instead of the treatment of pupils as individuals."

Cowboy Says:
I was working on a ranch helping a friend that knows/knew Krentz. He was called at 8am yesterday and told about this. The story he was told was that on Friday, Krentz helped the border patrol load up and haul off a whole lot of captured marijuana, they captured so much that they needed to use Rob’s truck to get it out. The next day hew went to check water and was last heard from at 10:30 Saturday and not found till Saturday night. The helping an illegal thing is not what I heard. The ranchers believe he was shot by smugglers. This information is first hand by the way and not speculation I overheard the phone call.

The fence is a Joke! Yesterday morning I saw at least 20 “border crossers” the new pc term hiding from the BP. It’s like watching a clown act. All you up north that think the fence does anything, stop! There needs to be REAL penalties for crossing the border and militarized to get this to stop. Or just legalize Marijuana.

Rick Castro April 29 at 2:05pm

hello PG

how are you?

i have been hearing so many opinions about the recent arizona immigration laws.. as you can imagine i am personally very upset, being mexican/american etc.. but what i'm very curious about is all these claims of violence in the area. since you are definitely a resident of the area that they claim is so affected i would like to ask you if this is true.. do illegals come thru your property and harass you guys and do you feel unsafe because of this?

sincerely,

rick castro

PG May 1 at 8:23am

Hi Rick!

I am certainly no expert on this issue, but I can talk about my own observations. First, there is an area, on the other side of the mountain from us, near Portal - that is experiencing a lot of home invasions, robberies and drug smuggling activities. This is where the rancher was killed. I'd like to think that it is the drug smugglers and not the folks just coming to work, but it is probably a bit of both.
The crossings have been pushed into this area by the fence and it is rocky and remote. I think I would feel pretty uncomfortable out there as the police response is very slow as well.

I feel pretty safe where I am though the neighbors are always dramatizing the issue, as if all undocumented are dangerous maniacs! They cannot see clearly about this. I do think there is a lot of racism in this issue. They talk of an "invasion".
This is little difference to them between drug smugglers and undocumented workers. All are dangerous criminals.. That is the frustration for me. There is a very dangerous element that is out there and no one sees that the majority are trying to make a living and raise a family and that they have been coming here for years, with our blessing.

I have never seen any one on our property but, occasionally, the border patrol does pick someone up around here.
So, no, I do not feel unsafe, and I do not get harassed.
When are you coming for a visit!

love,
PG

JUNKER HOUSE: THE ARCHITECTURE OF MADNESS

The most plausible example in the world of true schizophrenic, as opposed to merely eccentric or fantastic architecture, would have to be the Junker House in Lemgo, Germany.

Its creator, Karl Junker, (1850~1912), was a highly trained architect, whose entire career and only building was this house. The
explanation for this peculiar state of affairs was the onset of a chronic schizophrenic illness when Junker was in his mid thirties, schizophrenia which found concrete expression in the architect's personal environment. The house represents a true gesamtkunstwerk which includes, not only the architectural environment (largely the interior of the house), but also all of the furniture, murals and panel paintings, sculpture and carved reliefs. Every aspect of the artist's living space gave expression to
his internal reality. Only outside of an asylum, could such a complete life work be created. Junker was never hospitalized.

Between late 1889 and May 1893 Junker built in Lemgo, including a house on his own plans, which had by himself as a squire house was called and can be seen in part today. For his paintings and sculptures on 11 September 2004, the back of the house followed Museum Junkerhaus been opened to the.

In the years after 1893 most of the surviving works of Carl Junkers must be dated, bear the most part neither date, title or signature. About Junkers activities in almost two decades until his death, little is known.
