DEDICATED TO MARTIN RICHARD

MARTIN RICHARD was standing near the finish line, waiting for his father to complete the Boston Marathon on Monday, when the first bomb went off.
Martin's mother, Denise, was hospitalized with "grievous injuries," The Times of London reported. She reportedly underwent surgery late Monday for an injury to her brain.
His 6-year-old sister, a first grader whose name was not made public, lost her leg in the blast.

The status of his father, William, has not been released.  A third child was reportedly unharmed in the explosion.
Martin and his family were spending the day at the marathon, a boston tradition, enjoying their lives as a family.
Martin  was 8 years old and in the third grade. He is now a grim statistic of a senseless crime that had nothing to do with him and his family. Their lives now forever shattered, just because they decided to partake in the boston marathon.
How much sadness do we need to feel for martin?
How much anger do we need to express?
How much apathy will be thrown around?
How many speeches will people make condemning everyone, but doing nothing?
i morn for martin & his family. i morn for what is now the future. If any innocence was left anywhere in this country, it is now gone.
